It belongs to two very talented and lovely ladies. We are just finishing up the final touches on it, but it is pretty much done. They have some beautiful pottery for sale. Take a peek and see what you like.

Head on a Stick

O.K....bear with me...I did NOT set this up. It was like this...off the road, up the beach, over the sand dunes, headed towards the Currituck Sound and breaking through some solid brush when we were greeted with this vision.
Against his better judgement, my husband let me out of the Blazer to record these "heads on sticks". Except for the fact that these are all plastic manequin heads, I felt transported back to the dark ages of European History. I kept looking over my shoulder expecting to see Vlad the Impaler creeping up on me.
Do ya think this guy wants you to stay on the other side of this fence or what!
Total Collapse

The Aftermath of a wedding celebration as the bride collapses on a sofa after the guests have left the party. Sara Mullen-Young designed this dress for her wedding and it was a hit with everyone. Traditional in that it was a formal gown, but non traditional in that she incorporated elements of thread painting and embroidery with yards of ostrich feathers. This photo is by Alice M. Drake
A Photographic Journal

Just a few of the Photographs from the Digital Landscape Workshop Series (DLWS) I attended in early May. These workshops are run by Moose Peterson, and I promise you, he will work you out the entire time! I am still trying to process what I learned from Moose Peterson, Joe McNally, and Laurie Excell.
